James Edward Zeigler “Ziggy” of Felton died Friday January 30, 2009 in Kent General Hospital. He was 48.
Ziggy was born July 28, 1960 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania to Veronica Theresa Ketrick Zeigler and the late Edward G. Zeigler.
He served his country as Security Police in the United States Air Force and then joined the Army National Guard in the communications area. Ziggy was currently employed with the Dover Wal-Mart Store in the Photo lab department and also worked at the Eagles Rest Inn on Dover Air Force Base. He loved working and keeping busy. Ziggy also loved to work on cars and engines, guns and target shooting. He was a member of the American Legion.
Ziggy is survived by his mother, Veronica Zeigler of St. Claire, PA; his son, Brian J. Zeigler of Felton; his brother, David J. Zeigler of St. Claire, PA.
Funeral Services will be held 11AM Wednesday, February 4, 2008 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10). Friends may call from 7-9pm Tuesday evening. Interment will be at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
