Biography

Audrey Witmer of Dover died Wednesday August 3, 2011 at Kent General Hospital. She was 76.

Mrs. Witmer was born April 20, 1935 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to the late Karl Wolsterman and Dorothy Kellenberger Wolsterman.

She worked as a program coordinator at Dover Air Force Base. Mrs. Witmer was a member of the Wyoming Methodist Church and the Dover Lioness Club. She enjoyed R.V traveling and crocheting.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, William F. Wolsterman.

Mrs. Witmer is survived by her husband of 56 years, Donald W. Witmer of Dover; sons, Donald K. Witmer and his wife Terri of Magnolia, Troy D. Witmer of Middletown; daughter, Cynthia R. Rusetos of Nampa, Idaho; grandchildren, Lisa and Timothy Witmer.

Funeral services will be held 12noon, Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Cemetery, Bear, DE.
