Life Legacy
Marilyn Lunt of Smyrna died peacefully in her home Thursday August 4, 2011. She was 57.
Mrs. Lunt was born November 23, 1953 in Volga, South Dakota to Laura Van Beek and the late Conrad Van Beek.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed being a mother and especially a grandmother. Mrs. Lunt was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Dover.
Mrs. Lunt is survived by her mother, Laura Mans of Volga, SD; her husband of 38 years, Ronald Lunt of Smyrna; daughters, Lindsay Knox and her husband Gary of Dover, Candice Iago and her husband Mac of Tucson, AZ, Emily Lunt of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters, Marcia Moore and her husband Steve of Minneapolis, MN, Beverly Cotton and her husband George of Volga, SD, Lenae Liddiard of Sioux Falls, SD; sister-in-law Chris Schmidt of Brookings,SD; grandchildren, Jack , Evan and Brendan Knox, Aleck, Kali and Ethan Iago. She was preceeded in death by her brother Doug Van Beek.
A visitation will be held from 5-7pm Saturday August 6, 2011 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
